Protein revamp and taxonomy
I added a phylogenetic tree view so that you can now see the history of the simulation, and how cells are related to each other. Along with this, every species has a color, and more closely related species have more similar colors. These colors show up in the DNA view, gene view and organism view so you can tell what lineage each organism belongs to, and how each view relates to one another. I also added info view (i) to allow you to watch a cell up close. But the biggest change is a revamp to the protein system. The simulation doesn't bother with nodes that make up the cell membrane anymore, now every gene acts directly. This won't make a huge difference from the user end, but it massively increases performance and makes it much easier for me to change things and will make certain new systems in the future easier to add. Along with the new system, three new genes (grower, protease, and chem sensor), and a new chem were added. Grower (pale green in gene view) allows a cell to change its size, protein was added to represent used amino acids, and protease (orange) is used to convert it back into amino acids, and chem sensor (blueish gre) allows a cell to upregulate or downregulate a gene depending on the amount of a certain chem in the cell.
